Disney Collection of Historic Photos

In the 1990s, Richard Disney donated his collection of nearly 750 photos. The photos, captured over a span of more than 100 years, also have information on their reverse side, which contains historical and genealogical facts about those Clermont places, events, and people. The physical collection is housed at the Batavia Branch of the Clermont County Public Library

Thanks to grants from Connect Clermont and the Anonymous Fund of the Greater Cincinnati Foundation, CCGS volunteers are digitizing these photos along with the information on their reverse side. CCGS does not own the copyright for all photos, so the Society cannot publish them.

If a researcher finds an item in the index that they would like for their personal research, a CCGS volunteer will email them an electronic copy of the image, beginning in October 2025, once all photos have been digitized. After October 1, send requests to info@ccgsoh.org.
