After the Treaty of Greenville in 1795, the Ohio territory was open for settlement. In this presentation, we will learn about the early settlers of the Ohio Valley with the opportunity to learn some fascinating facts about everyday life in the early 19th century. We will explore their daily lives and what it took to travel to and survive in the Northwest Territory.
