Member Storytelling Day
This will be a day dedicated to sharing tales about your Revolutionary War era family members. CCGS members will recount, perhaps embellish, stories of their ancestors who contributed to the defeat of the world's most formidable military force, the British Army. Where did these ancestors live, and how did they come to Clermont County, if they did? Were any of them spies or agents for the British, or did they assist the French? Were any present at the Boston Tea Party or the lesser-known Greenwich Tea Party?
CCGS VP Mark Peterson will put together a PowerPoint slide for each person who wants to tell us a story, so please email him by November 15 at programs@ccgsoh.org if you would like to participate.
CCGS members will be emailed an invitation and instructions one week before the event. If you do not receive an email and wish to attend, please contact us by the day before the meeting at info@ccgsoh.org or by calling (513) 723-3423.
